Every cup of Rutasoka coffee carries a story \u2013 a journey that begins long before the coffee reaches your cup. On the sun-kissed farms of East Africa, our coffee trees grow, carefully tended by producers who know each plant as part of their family. There, among mist-shrouded valleys and red soil, each berry is picked by hand \u2013 with respect for both nature and tradition.

Then the journey begins. Through gentle processing and meticulous handling, the coffee travels across borders and oceans, until it finally reaches our roastery in Gothenburg. When the coffee reaches our roastery in Gothenburg, the next part of the craft begins. Here we roast in small batches to give each bean the attention it deserves. We adjust the temperature and roast level according to origin, harvest and desired flavor profile \u2013 always with the goal of highlighting the coffee\u2019s unique character, not hiding it.
