The beautiful Minova area in northeastern Congo has given its name to our organic medium-roasted coffee. The lively and slightly acidic taste with hints of rosehip is suitable for those who prefer a light roast. The coffee’s slightly sweet character and round aftertaste with a soft hint of hazelnut also make it a real coffee favorite!
Rutasoka coffee is gently roasted using the slow-roast method. The roasting brings out the unique and delicate flavors from the selected quality beans. Which gives a balanced taste and fantastic crema.
