Kasenga is a vibrant area in the heart of Uvira, in eastern Congo. This is where our founder grew up, and it was also where Rutasoka took its first big step towards change by starting a women’s clinic. In homage to this place, our very first coffee was named Kasenga.
Kasenga is a dark roasted coffee made from beans from East Africa, with a lovely balance of flavors, such as red berries and dark chocolate, followed by a rich aftertaste and strong body.
