Mocaccino or Caffè mocha is a variant of coffee latte but flavored with chocolate. The drink is usually served in an ice cream.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS
400 ml strongly brewed coffee
400 ml milk
200 ml whipping cream
4 teaspoons of cocoa
4 teaspoons of sugar
DO THIS
1. Brew coffee and boil the milk.
2. Whip the cream to the desired consistency.
3. Mix cocoa, sugar and a little coffee thoroughly in a glass.
4. Skim the milk and then pour the rest of the coffee and the warm milk into the glass.
5. Spoon the milk foam on top of the coffee.
6. Finish off with whipped cream and cocoa.
7. Serve immediately!
