Try a delicious and filling smoothie bowl with cashew butter and Greek yogurt.
GREEN SMOOTHIE 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup frozen green peas 1 handful baby spinach 1.5 dl Greek yogurt 2 tbsp cashew butter (vanilla powder and honey)
PINK SMOOTHIE 1 small banana 1 cup frozen raspberries 1.5 dl Greek yogurt 2 tbsp cashew butter (vanilla powder and honey)
1. Blend the ingredients for the green smoothie until smooth and season with vanilla powder and honey (optional).
2. Do the same for the ingredients for the pink smoothie. Also flavor this with vanilla powder and honey if you like (optional).
3. Mix the two smoothie types in a bowl and then use a chopstick, for example, to create a nice pattern.
4. Top with berries, nuts, fruit, dried coconut or groats.
