Sawubona is Zulu and means ”I see you”, but the meaning of these three little words is much bigger and more beautiful than that. The greeting phrase is a humble affirmation that certifies that you think the person you meet is important and highly valued.

Användning
A perfect summer drink – iced tea with rooibos
Brew rooibos, stronger than usual and preferably a really big batch. Allow the tea to cool. Fill a large bowl with ice and raspberries (feel free to crush some for flavor and color). Pour over the cooled tea. If you want it a little sweeter, use e.g. agave syrup.
