Chocolate balls with mango

Try something new with coffee, mango and chocolate!

Ingredients

3 dl fiber oatmeal (works with regular oatmeal too)
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
75 grams butter
200 grams dark chocolate 70%
61 grams desiccated coconut flakes

Do this:

  1. Boil coffee and melt the chocolate over a water bath.
  2. Mix together oatmeal, granulated sugar and cocoa.
  3. Add coffee and butter
  4. Cut the dried mango into smaller pieces using scissors and place in the bowl with the other ingredients.
  5. Roll into balls and then place chocolate balls in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  6. Dip the chocolate balls in the melted chocolate and top with coconut.
  7. Serve
